How to Build an AI Workflow That Actually Works

Many professionals are using AI, but few are getting meaningful results.
After hundreds of hours working with language models, I’ve developed a workflow that delivers consistent, high-quality output across writing, strategy, and planning.
Here’s what matters:
Most people don’t provide enough context. Without clear goals, AI will guess what you want - leading to generic or unusable results.
Treating AI like a teammate leads to better results than treating it like a search engine.
Good prompts help, but a solid workflow is what makes the output useful and repeatable.
When the process is structured, AI becomes more than a productivity tool. It becomes a way to think more clearly and map your thoughts.
A strong workflow enhances creativity and critical thinking. It gives you an expanded mental workspace, filled with knowledge and patterns you can draw from at any time. You start connecting ideas faster and solving problems with more precision.
This is the foundation of the systems I teach: LUCID Prompting and the Partnered AI Communication Technique (PACT). Both are designed to make AI feel less like a gimmick and more like a real partner in your work.
If you're ready to work with AI in a more intentional way, I teach the full approach in my upcoming classes.
